The fruit from the intertwined branches of these great trees of human culture nourishes all of us.  All three are gifts of a self-giving Creator whose character is most clearly seen in the cross of Jesus, which provides the pattern for our own place and work in Creation.

Loren’s Biography

Loren Wilkinson is professor emeritus of philosophy and interdisciplinary studies at Regent College. With his wife Mary Ruth, he has taught and written for years on the implications of the idea of being made “in the image of God” for humanity’s place in creation.  These insights are brought together in his recent book Circles and the Cross: Cosmos, Consciousness, Christ, and the Human Place in Creation (Cascade, 2023).
