Life Lab: Exploring Spiritual Practices Together

In the Life Lab program, we try out eight different spiritual practices, one each week, designed to help us grow in love for God and for each other. We then gather weekly to discuss our experience and encourage each other. The habits do not take a lot of extra time - in fact, some of them create more time! This program is based on the book The Common Rule: Habits of Purpose for an Age of Distraction by Justin Earley. A copy of the book will be given to Life Lab participants, although reading it is not required to be part of the cohort.

Contact Kristin Wong (Kristin@Michigancsc.org), Director of Spiritual Care, if you have questions.

The meeting time is determined by who is interested each semester, so please fill out the form below so we can plan around you.

I’m glad you ran this. It kind of transformed my semester
