Susan Vogel-Vanderson is the Chief Wealth Management Officer for Macatawa Bank, a Wintrust Community Bank.  She began her career as a trusts and estates attorney in a large law firm and, following the birth of her first child, established a solo law practice in Upstate New York.  HSBC Private Bank recruited her to run its Trust Department in Rochester, New York, and she fell in love with the wealth management business.  Her wealth management experience includes leadership positions at HSBC Private Bank, Fifth Third Private Bank, Macatawa Bank, and Wintrust Wealth Management.  In addition, Susan is a dedicated volunteer and board member for several nonprofit organizations.
